How can we help?
Credits & plans
What is a credit?+
One credit makes one Roblox-style image. A full pack of 66 images costs 67 credits. Fancier styles cost more per image: Stylized is 4× and Realistic is 15×. Store text costs 1 credit and translations to 17 languages cost 2.
Do my credits expire?+
Top-up credits (bought without a plan) last 12 months. Plan credits arrive every month; unused ones roll over to the next month, up to one month’s worth. When you spend, we always use the credits that expire soonest first, so nothing goes to waste. You can see expiry dates in Account → Overview.
What is the difference between a plan and a top-up?+
A plan gives you credits every month for a lower price per credit. A top-up is a one-time purchase — good if you only need credits now and then. You can mix both: top-ups work with or without a plan.
How does the yearly plan work?+
You pay for 10 months and get 12 (2 months free). Your credits still arrive month by month, not all at once — so the roll-over rule works the same as monthly plans.
How do I cancel or change my plan?+
Go to Account → Overview → Manage subscription. You can switch plans, update your card or cancel there. If you cancel, your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, and the credits you already have stay yours until they expire.
Can I get a refund?+
Unused top-up credits can be refunded within 14 days — just ask on the Support page. Credits that were already used cannot be refunded. If a generation fails because of a technical problem on our side, the credits come back to your account automatically — you don’t need to ask.
Is the style drawing really free?+
Yes. When you describe your game, Kitpop draws your style card with two options for free (there is a fair-use daily limit). You only pay credits when you say “Make my pack”.
Making packs
How long does a pack take?+
A store set (icon, thumbnails, logo) is usually ready in a few minutes. A full pack of 66 images takes longer — typically 15–30 minutes. You can leave the page; your pack keeps building and will be in My packs.
An image looks wrong. What can I do?+
Open the image and press “Something’s wrong” — one free fix per image, no credits needed. Kitpop also checks text and character anatomy automatically while generating and quietly redraws images that fail the check.
Can I change just one part of an image?+
Yes. Use Edit to describe the change (“make the sword golden”), or the Erase brush to remove or replace just the painted area. Redo and Edit cost half the image price (for Roblox style, that’s 0.5 credits).
What is HD upscale?+
HD makes an image sharper and bigger without changing the picture: 2K costs 0.5 credits, 4K costs 1 credit. Thumbnails, key art and the split posters are already delivered at 1920×1080 in your download — no extra cost.
Can I use a style I saw in Explore?+
Yes — press “Use this style” on any public pack that allows it. You write your own game idea and get your own images in that style. The style’s owner earns a small credit reward when you do.
Can Kitpop write my store page text?+
Yes. Store text (title + description) costs 1 credit, and you can translate it to 17 languages for 2 credits. The translations come in your download as a CSV and JSON ready for Roblox Creator Hub.
Who owns the images I make?+
You do. You can use them in your Roblox games, store pages and videos, including commercially. If you share a pack on Explore, you give Kitpop permission to show it there — you can unshare any time.
3D & Kitpop Bridge
How do 3D models work?+
Pick any image card and press “Make 3D”, or upload a picture at kitpop.app/3d. Kitpop first shows you a preview image of the object — you only pay when you approve it. Standard models cost 30 credits, Detailed models cost 60. You get GLB and FBX files plus textures.
What is Kitpop Bridge?+
Kitpop Bridge is our free Roblox Studio plugin. It brings your finished packs and 3D models straight into Studio — no downloading and re-uploading files.
How do I set up Kitpop Bridge?+
Install Kitpop Bridge from the Creator Store, then go to kitpop.app → Account → Connections → Kitpop Bridge and copy your connect code. Paste the code into the plugin in Studio — that’s it. If it stops working, get a fresh code from the same page.
Robux
How do I buy credits with Robux?+
Go to Account → Connections and link your Roblox account with a one-time code. Then open the Kitpop Credit Shop experience on Roblox, enter your code and buy a credit pack. Credits appear in your Kitpop account right away.
I paid Robux but my credits are not showing. What do I do?+
First wait a minute and refresh. Then check that the Roblox account you bought with is the same one linked in Account → Connections. Still nothing? Contact us on the Support page and pick “Payments & credits” — include roughly when you bought. We can find the purchase and fix it.
Is Kitpop part of Roblox?+
No. Kitpop is not affiliated with Roblox. Robux purchases happen inside the Roblox platform under Roblox’s own rules.
Challenge
What is the Challenge?+
A friendly contest: make a pack for the theme, enter it, and everyone votes. Winners get Kitpop credits as prizes. Check the Challenge page for this round’s theme and the Rules page for the fine print.
I won! How do I get my prize?+
Winners get a claim link. You confirm your email, and if you are under 13 we also ask a parent to confirm by email — that’s to keep things safe. After that, the prize credits land in your account.
Account & safety
Is Kitpop safe for kids?+
We work hard to keep it that way: everything you type goes through a safety filter, images aim for a friendly cartoon style, your packs are private unless you choose to share, and we never show your email to other users. Payments ask kids to get a parent’s help.
I’m a parent. What should I know?+
Kitpop makes game art from text descriptions. It’s free to try; paid plans and credit packs use a secure card checkout (or Robux). If your child is under 13, purchases should go through you — the checkout email can be yours. Prize claims for under-13 winners need your email confirmation. Questions? Write to us on the Support page.
How do I change my name or mascot color?+
Account → Settings. You can set a display name and pick your mascot color. There is no photo upload — mascots only, by design.
How do I download my data?+
Account → Settings → “Download my data”. You get a JSON file with your profile, your credits history and the list of your packs and models.
How do I delete my account?+
Account → Settings → “Delete my account”. Tick the box, and we email you a confirmation link (it works for 24 hours). Clicking it deletes your packs, images and sign-in for good, and cancels any subscription first. This cannot be undone.
My login email never arrived.+
Check your spam folder for an email from hello@kitpop.app, and make sure you typed your address right. The login link works once and expires in 1 hour — if it expired, just request a new one.
