Terms of Service
Plain-language summary: you describe a game, Kitpop makes art for it with AI. You pay with credits. Your images are yours. Be kind, don't upload other people's stuff, and if you are under 13 bring a parent. The full rules are below.
1. What Kitpop is
Kitpop (kitpop.app) is a service operated by Eggrot Games that generates game art — images, store text, translations and 3D models — from your descriptions, for use with your Roblox experiences and other game projects. Features may change as we improve the service.
2. Age
You must be at least 13 to use Kitpop on your own. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must create and supervise the account and approve any purchase. Purchases by minors should always be made with a parent's involvement — the checkout email can be the parent's.
3. Credits, payments and refunds
- Credits are the in-service currency used to generate content. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
- Plan credits arrive monthly. Unused plan credits roll over to the next period, up to one month's worth of your plan. One-time top-up credits are valid for 12 months.
- Unused top-up credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- Credits that have been used cannot be refunded.
- If a generation fails because of a technical error on our side, the credits are returned to your account automatically.
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record, on a secure checkout page; they handle taxes and billing. If you cancel a subscription, it runs until the end of the paid period.
4. Your content and ownership
You own the images, text and 3D models you generate with Kitpop and may use them commercially, including in your Roblox experiences and marketing. If you share a pack on Explore, you give Kitpop a non-exclusive license to display it there (and let other users reuse its style where you allow it); you can unshare at any time. We may use anonymized, non-identifying examples to improve the service.
5. What you must not do
- Don't try to generate copyrighted or trademarked characters, logos or brands you don't own.
- Don't create content that is hateful, sexual, violent or otherwise inappropriate — especially given many users are children.
- Don't upload pictures of real people without their permission.
- Don't abuse the service (automation abuse, reselling credits, tricking the referral or reward systems).
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Reference images
When you upload a reference picture, you confirm you have the right to use it. You are responsible for what you upload. Reference pictures are private, are never shown on Explore, and are deleted automatically after 30 days.
7. Robux purchases
Buying credits with Robux happens inside the Roblox platform under Roblox's own terms. Kitpop is an independent service: Not affiliated with Roblox. Robux purchases are subject to Roblox's refund rules.
8. Challenge
The Kitpop Challenge has its own rules (entries, voting, prizes, under-13 prize claims): Challenge rules.
9. Closing your account
You can delete your account any time from Account → Settings. Deletion removes your packs, images and sign-in permanently, cancels any subscription first, and keeps only an anonymized accounting record. We may close accounts that violate these terms; in that case unused paid credits are refunded unless the violation was intentional abuse.
10. Liability
Kitpop is provided "as is". AI-generated content can contain mistakes — please review it before publishing. To the extent allowed by law, Eggrot Games' total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you.
11. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; if the changes matter, we'll tell you by email or on the site before they take effect. These terms are effective as of October 8, 2026 and are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Questions: hello@kitpop.app.
